Founded in 2025 by Samuel Burnett in Ontario, Canada, ICE Capital (ICE Cap) was built on a singular conviction: entrepreneurship is the most powerful tool we have to transform communities and create a sustainable global future.
We operate at the intersection of high-level management consulting and strategic venture capital. At ICE Cap, we believe that while innovation is the spark, institutional-grade structure is the fuel. The Visible Peak (The Idea): The small portion of the iceberg above the waterline represents the Entrepreneurial Idea. It is the part the world sees, the brand, the product, and the innovation. While it is the spark that starts the journey, it only represents about 10% of what is actually required to survive in a global market.
The Submerged Base (The Knowledge): The massive, unseen structure beneath the surface represents ICE Capital’s Knowledge. This is the other 90% of the business: the institutional systems, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the financial controls, and the scaling roadmaps. This submerged base provides the buoyancy and stability that prevents the "Idea" from capsizing when market conditions get rough.
The Waterline (The Intersection): The point where the peak meets the base is where ICE Capital operate. We sit at the intersection of innovation and structure. Our role is to ensure that the creative vision above the water is perfectly anchored by the professional management below it.
